OSCILLATIONS OF VIBRATIONAL MACHINE DRIVE WITH UNBALANCED EXCITERS

Aim. The influence of junction elasticity of unbalance vibration exciter with asynchronous electric drive rotor on oscillating processes in drive of the vibration machine for improving its dynamic characteristics is investigated. Method. Methods of applied theory of oscillations, the approach of vibration mechanics and method of direct division of movements were used for analytical investigations.

Implementation Sommerfeld effect of vibration, inertia-driven site

The article works out and models the vibrating ground the resonant modes in which are based on Sommerfeld effect. It also shows the analytical dependence for calculation of inertial, inflexible and power parameters of oscillating systems which provide the working near-resonant modes of the vibrating machine functioning by inertial perturbation. The mathematical model of such machine is made and motion of its oscillating anddebalance masses in transitional and fixed work regimes is analysed. The theoretical results are experimentally confirmed.
