The article examines the administrative and legal status of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) as a specific entity of public administration in the field of national security and state border protection. It is determined that the legal status of the SBGSU represents a complex category combining the features of a military formation and a law enforcement agency of special purpose.
У статті досліджено основні зарубіжні моделі функціонування ризикоорієнтованої системи податкового контролю. Здійснено пошук напрямів залучення іноземного досвіду для удосконалення вітчизняної системи податкового контролю в умовах динамічних змін адміністративно-правового регулювання даної сфери суспільних відносин. Показано основні напрями удосконалення чинного законодавства з урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду.
The article violated the theoretical aspects of administrative and legal regulation in the public roads in the context of adapting national transport legislation with European Union requirements.
