Розкрито специфіку формування фінтех-середовища та його перспективи, проаналізовано ініціативи державних інституцій щодо створення цифрової фінансової інфраструктури. Систематизовано підходи до розуміння цифровізації суспільства та окреслено її принципи. Встановлено часові межі розвитку фінтех-ринку з урахуванням впливу пандемії COVID-19 та війни.

sector and its role in the system of management control. The main purpose of this article is to
demonstrate that the internal audit and management control are necessary tools for use in
