У статті розглянуто особливості виконання покарання у вигляді арешту для військово­службовців з акцентом на юридичні, психологічні та організаційні аспекти, які відрізняють його від цивільних форм покарання. Арешт у військовій системі є специфічним дисциплінарним заходом, що має на меті підтримання порядку, дисципліни та контролю в Збройних силах.
