This article is devoted to one of the main problems of the philosophy of law, namely the dilemma of identity formation, in particular the combination of social and individual in this institution. The purpose of this article is to focus on solving the fundamental problems of social science: identity formation through the lens of philosophical and legal determinants. The 47 author carried out the correlation between individual and social factors of identity formation and the formation of man as a full member of society.

The article provides valuable legal entity properties that allow it to be an active participant relationships and is closely related to the sense of justice, beyond which they can not exist, and activated only by going through a wide range of values of real world and its diverse modifications.

The article is devoted one of basic problems of philosophy of right, namely to the phenomenon of deviantnoy sense of justice, in particular to its reasons and displays in a sinergistical aspect. The purpose of this article consists in that, to accent attention of reader on the decision of fundamental problem of social science: removal of factors that explain a man to deviantnoy sense of justice. An author is conduct the analysis of factors which influence on forming of deviantnoy sense of justice and his displays.
