У статті здійснено комплексний історико­правовий аналіз Статуту «Товариства взаємної допомоги приватних службовців» Галичини 1867 р., одного з ключових документів раннього профспілкового руху приватних канцелярських працівників регіону. Розкрито структуру та зміст основних статутних положень, висвітлено систему членства, організаційну модель управління, механізми фінан­сового забезпечення, форми соціальної допомоги та дисциплінарні норми.

The article is devoted to the study of the General characteristics of modelling of legal consciousness entity, group and society.The author is attempting to simulate the main characteristics of the phenomenon of consciousness depending on the generally accepted legal concepts of formation and operation of the law. We come to the conclusion that legal modelling of law consciousness depends on the prevailing in society theoretical principles of legal understanding. Constructing an ultimate model of this phenomenon leads to a comprehensive approach to realize the value of law.

The article studies the concept and features of the formalization of law as one of lawmaking stages. It analyses the process of law-making and its stages. Formalization of law is considered as a natural way to regulate social relations. Development trends in the formalization of law and its features are demonstrated by the legislative and judicial lawmaking.
