RESEARCH OF POLYMER BLENDS PROPERTIES CONTAINING ADDITIVES OF THE DIFFERENT STRUCTURE

The properties of blends filled with polymers of a different structure and low molecular weight additives were analyzed. Additives selection is grounded. It was established that three-component polymer blends have a sufficient fluidity value, which ensures the ability of obtained materials to be processed. The influence of the composition and nature of the components on the physical and mechanical properties of obtained compositions was studied.

USE OF CLAY SORPTIVE MATERIALS IN THE SYNTHESIS OF POLYMER MATERIALS

The paper suggests the solution to the urgent problem of increasing the level of environmental safety of industrial wastewater treatment from heavy metal using natural and modified bentonite.The use of spent bentonite in the processes of filling polymers is investigated. The aim of the research was to study the influence of fillers on the crosslinking course and functional properties of vulcanized elastomeric mixtures. Test research compositions included chloroprene rubber and chlorosulfonated polyethylene. Nanofillers were used as a strengthening substance.

Вплив наповнення на водопоглинення плівок на основі водно-дисперсійних лакофарбових матеріалів

Вивчено ефект наповнення на водопоглинення плівок на основі водної дисперсії Акронал-290Д та пігментної частини, що містить діоксид титану та карбонат кальцію. Встановлено, що збільшення об’ємної концентрації пігменту супроводжується збільшенням швидкості абсорбції води, однак максимальне значення водопоглинення характеризується мінімумом в діпазоні критичної об’ємної концентрації пігменту.

The influence of dispersed surface modified titanium oxide (IV) on the conditions of confirmation of unsaturated polyester resins and properties of composites was ascertained. The regimes of confirmation of polyester resins and detected activation role of filler for forming the composites with improved operational characteristics were determined.  Встановлено вплив дисперсного поверхнево модифікованого оксиду титану (IV) на умови тверднення ненасичених поліестерних смол та властивості композитів.
