СИНТЕЗ НАНОЧАСТИНОК ШПІНЕЛІ CuCo2O4 СПІВОСАДЖЕННЯМ В УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВОМУ ПОЛІ
The CuCo2O4 spinel nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation of copper (Cu2+) and cobalt (Co2+) ions in an ultrasonic cavitation field (specific cavitation treatment power – 300 W/L; ultrasound frequency – 20 kHz) using sodium borohydride to create an alkaline environment and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as a stabilizer.
