Розглянуто сучасні проблеми розвитку суспільних відносин у галузі оподаткування України у зв’язку з поширенням COVID-19. Проаналізовано основні проблеми системи оподаткування в Україні. Досліджено питання щодо окремих змін у податковому правовому режимі України, які пов’язані зі здійсненням бюджетно- податкової (фіскальної) та грошово-кредитної (монетарної) політики в умовах карантинних заходів. У результаті наукового пошуку виділено основні шляхи зменшення податкового навантаження і умовах карантинних заходів.

The article deals with the theoretical approaches to the determination of the conditions of improving the efficiency of application of administrative and legal norms in the period of adaptation of national legislation to the requirements of the European Union. The efficiency criteria, objective factors influencing the efficiency of applying legal norms, means and methods of sectoral regulation are analyzed.
