Проаналізовано тему міжконфесійних конфліктів у медіа. Закцентовано на актуальності дослідження, що зумовлено процесами церковно-релігійного життя держа- ви. Інша причина актуальності зумовлена внутрішньополітичними процесами в Україні, які сформовані певними суспільно-політичними зрушеннями (виборчі процеси, революції тощо), а також геополітичним впливом Росії на державу через Церкву. Власне ці аспекти проблематики можна виокремити із журналістських матеріалів. Також вони є основою візій.

In the article the social value of law as the determining feature of the legal and social reality. The right is seen not only as a compulsory code of conduct in society, and as a full element of social reality that affects all of the structural system of social processes. In particular, the fundamental methodological problems studied law epistemological limits and possibilities of knowledge of law, the right relationship with the professional culture of lawyer, legal philosophical understanding of reality, unity of values and truth in the law.

The article is an attempt to research the logical analysis of the concept of law as the basis for a system of philosophical ideas about it. Following the analysis of a significant number of scientific papers concluded that the content of the law in some way dependent on the philosophical foundations of law.
