This article deals with the condition of existing residential buildings 50–60 years, which are outdated and are subject to immediate technical inspection and reinforcement. The most important factor for the safe operation of such buildings is the quality of construction factor, since in the 50–60s the construction was carried out with many of the shortcomings that are presently present.
This paper analyzes the errors entailed by the signal amplitude inequality when measuring the phase shift among low frequency harmonic signals for algorithmic sum-difference methods. It is shown that additional phase shifts of summary and difference signals caused by the inequality of compared signals in some methods affect the errors, whereas in others they do not. A method in which there is no additive component of the error has been found. This method has been admitted to be the best to measure small phase shifts.
Досліджується психофізіологічний стан спостерігачів при проведенні геометричного нівелювання. Встановлено, що коефіцієнт ентропії кожного спостерігача дає репрезентативну характеристику його стану при проведенні вимірювань. Складені для кожного спостерігача рівняння регресії дозволяють обчислювати систематичні помилки при проведенні нівелювання, а виправлені цими поправками виміряні перевищення підвищують точність нівелювання.
