Про сутність поняття «внутрішньо переміщена особа»
The article describes the essence of the concept of “internally displaced person”. Theoretical and
legal approaches to the content of the concept of “internally displaced persons” have been studied. It
was established that forced migration plays an important role in the modern world migration process
of the population of Ukraine. It is argued that for the first time the term “internally displaced person”
was used in jurisprudence in the last decade of the 20th century, when the need for an international
