INCREASING THE STRUCTURE RESILIENCE OF STEEL TRUSSES
This article examines approaches to improving the robustness and resilience of steel trusses under static and dynamic loads. Particular attention is paid to the advantages of statically indeterminate systems, redistribution of internal forces, and the use of plastic hinges and damping devices. The study highlights the role of material properties, especially fatigue strength and the use of high-strength and mild steels, in ensuring structural resilience.
