Імплементація європейських стандартів інституту затримання підозрюваного при реформуванні кримінальної юстиції
The article justifies the need to improve the institution of detention of a suspect in criminal proceedings in Ukraine. This is due to the need to implement European standards, which are set out in the European Convention on Human Rights and implemented in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.
