Розглянуто розвиток венчурного фінансування в Україні, його особливості та перспективи в умовах перебудови економіки на інноваційній основі. Обґрунтовано висновок, що у порівнянні з розвиненими країнами, де венчурне фінансування працює вже понад 70 років, в Україні цей вид інвестицій має лише кілька десятиліть історії, тому ще немає такого великого позитивного досвіду реалізації венчурних програм, як у США та Європі.
Обґрунтовано актуальність залучення венчурних інвестицій для розвитку інноваційної діяльності підприємств. Ретельно досліджено сучасний стан і тенденції розвитку венчурного інвестування в Україні. Ідентифіковано проблеми та перешкоди функціонування вітчизняного венчурного бізнесу. На підставі отриманих результатів дослідження та врахування кращого іноземного досвіду сформовано комплексну поетапну технологію залучення венчурного капіталу інноваційними підприємствами.
According to the normative documents for the organizing and conducting of accounting
