Instruction to authors

Congress abstracts are submitted in dates, set in the information letter on the congress. Finished abstracts should be sent to the congress email  young.eco.kongress@lpnu.ua.

Requirements for Abstract Formatting:

  • Length: 1 printed page; all margins – 2.0 cm, Line spacing – 1.0.
  • Abstracts accepted for publication in the Congress proceedings must be written in Ukrainian or English.
  • The text should be prepared using Microsoft Word (file format .doc / .docx).
  • Font: Times New Roman.

Tables should be formatted as follows:

  • In the first line, the word “Table 1” (italic, 11 pt);
  • In the next line, the title of the table (bold, 11 pt);
  • After the title, insert the table text (9 pt).

Formulas (11 pt) should be centered and numbered. The Organizing Committee recommends preparing formulas using MS Equation or MathType.

Figures (inclusion is not recommended) should be inserted as follows: copy to the clipboard, then select “Edit” → “Paste Special” and choose “Picture”. Figure captions (9 pt) should be centered below the figure in the text (e.g., Fig. 1. Title).

 

Order of Material Arrangement:

 

Authors: surnames and initials of co-authors are printed in capital letters, centered. No space is placed between initials. Country and city are given in parentheses (12 pt). The surname of the presenter is underlined in the case of on-site or remote participation.

 

Title of the abstract: in the next line, centered, in capital letters, bold (12 pt), spacing before and after the title – 6 pt.

 

Information about the organization where the work was performed: in the next line, centered, the name of the institution, its postal and email addresses (italic, 12 pt).

 

Abstract: one blank line should be left between the abstract and the email address. The abstract is placed in the next line with a paragraph indent of 1 cm. The word “Abstract” is printed in bold, 11 pt, followed by the abstract text (regular font, 11 pt), consisting of 5–7 lines.

 

Text of the abstracts: one blank line should be left between the abstract and the main text. The text is placed in the next line with a paragraph indent of 1 cm, 11 pt.

Abstracts are not peer-reviewed, and the Program Committee does not bear responsibility for their content.

One author may be included in no more than three abstracts.
