The theoretical aspects of production potential of industrial enterprise are revealed in the article. The authors considered different approaches linked to the meaning of enterprise’s production potential. It was taken into account a lot of definitions given by various authors in their scientific, education research over the last 10-15 years.
In the face of global challenges, which are constantly and sometimes sufficiently monitored as a result of increased competition in foreign markets, there is a need for a qualitatively new acceleration of the development of the Ukrainian economy and a double growth of the domestic gross product through the use of modern scientific and technological advancements, on an innovative basis.
The issues connected with the use of IoT technologies in industrial enterprises are studied in the article.
In order to evaluate strategic business units there were identified the main types of its value: the current value, market value, liquidation value, replacement cost, cost of reproduction, the investment cost, which allowed to determine the level of its usefulness to businesses, particularly, also the supply chain for which priority is adding value to the client by each element.
We consider the question about the introduction and use of logistics approaches of procurement management of individually customized products, and we turn out the specifics of semantic model application of joint decision-making on purchase of customized products. The studies determine that for industrial enterprises execution customer needs is a priority in decision making process about the purchase individual order products.
