STYLISTIC INTERPRETATION OF SAMPLES OF LVIV ARCHITECTURE OF THE 1990-2000S. PROBLEMS OF TERMINOLOGY AND IDEOLOGICAL DETERMINATION

The article considers the problem of stylistic definition of objects of Lviv architecture in the 1990-2000s. Having studied the similar Ukrainian scientific publications, here is presented own arguments regarding the correct terminology for this type of objects. An important role is also given to the worldview prevailing at that time in professional circles, as it makes it possible to determine which values in design they adhered to - modernist or postmodern.

Priority influence of socio-cultural factors on development of public governance

Problem setting. Public administration in Ukraine is an integral part of social system, but it needs to be modernized efficiently. This implies the need for a deep understanding of the current situation and a thorough analysis of the main factors of this development, especially socio-cultural ones.

Аxiological nature of law: epistemological approach

It was established that the right has all predicates values, first it is value, and consequently hierarchical, orderly, subordinated social system, function is the preservation, restoration and maintenance of the balance of social life. Secondly, since the right's value is inherently entity focused on the implementation of the above functions, it is some system “be appropriate”, and thus the system of mandatory, semantic (related content) oriented ideal entities – the norms of social and communication people.

Problem human existence: civilization-legal approach

On the basis of civilized approach thoroughly analyzed the question of human existence. The approach to solve the problem of being human integrity enables the enigma of this issue: the question of meaning and value of human existence, uniqueness and essence of human nature and definition of inner peace in it. Vyzna¬cheno relevant aspects of the integrity of the individual, analyzed and clarified the concept of integrity of human existence in the psychological, anthropological and philosophical and legal contexts.

Philosophical and legal determinants of mentality anthropology

Substantiation and the formation of at least three factors in the legal science are always important: the legal ideology, the idea of national law and national law. The legal ideology is natural for the person. A person perceives the world through legal categories, which are based on permissions and prohibitions.
