THE DEPENDENCE OF THERMAL PROCESSES IN NON-METALLIC HETEROGENEOUS MATERIALS ON MECHANICAL VIBRATION LOADS

One of the promising directions in the development of mechanical engineering is using of new non-metallic heterogeneous materials with high physical and mechanical properties. Such materials consist of two or more components (reinforcing filler and polymer matrix) and have specific physical and mechanical properties that are different from the properties of the constituent components. This is achieved by forming a complex developed structure. Reliable control methods play an important role in ensuring the quality of such structures.

Theoretic substantiation and apparatus design for the energy-saving method during candied fruits drying.

The drying process of candied pears wasresearched. The process is a filtration of a heat agent in the direction of “perforated septum - candied fruit layer”. A kinetic drying curve, based on the differential equation of dynamics heat and mass transfer, was obtained and the heat balance of the process was calculated. The following was proved: the accumulated thermal energy in the lower layers of candied fruit is enough to dry the upper layers. The energy effect is calculated; it is obtained from the introduction of a new drying method.

Динамічність оптимального термічного опору стін будинків

In this paper the results of mathematical provement of economical optimal thermal resistance of a building wall are presented at condition of both heat energy and thermal renewal cost change on future. There are presented comparation of technical and economical indexes at external walls renewal at the different characteristics of enclosure constructions.
Purpose is to analyze the technical and economic factors that determine economic feasibility insulation of external walls subject to changes in the cost of heat and renewal in future.
