Objective of the digest is to publish articles of problematic nature, which highlight problems and issues of legal science and practice, proposals for improving national legislation, achievement of the legal science abroad and trends of jurisprudence development in general.
Task is an educational function and providing the development of jurisprudence of Ukraine through highlighting important legal and social issues.
Frequency – quarterly.
The digest is issued four times a year. Articles are accepted according to a fixed schedule:
- No.1 (March) – till the 20th of February of the current year;
- No.2 (June) – till the 20th of May of the current year;
- No.3 (September) – till the 20th of August of the current year;
