The article, from the position of structural analysis, deals with theoretical and applied aspects system of conceptual foundations of the national payment system. From the standpoint of financial law, the principles are analyzed – the conceptual foundations of the national payment system. The importance of conceptual foundations of the national payment system and their interrelation with the elements of the national payment system, the influence of European integration on the state of normative and legal maintenance of the activity of the national payment system of Ukraine is revealed.
