Of particular relevance is the search for a model of interaction between the judiciary and civil society institutions, which is able to ensure partnerships between the state and its citizens, stimulate civic activism and, ultimately, guarantee the credibility and trust of the judiciary. Thus, the article analyzes the features of interaction between the judiciary and civil society institutions and characterizes, based on the scientific achievements of foreign and domestic researchers, the legal model of partnership. The study of the forms of interaction between the judiciary and civil society institutions, which ensure the participation of citizens in socio-political life, transparency and openness of government is an important mechanism for the rule of law and the formation of democratic citizenship
