Обґрунтовано актуальність розвитку експорту наукомістких послуг як каталіза- тора інноваційної діяльності. Розглянуто та проаналізовано сутність і структуру науко- містких послуг та наукомістких бізнес-послуг. Уточнено сутність поняття «наукомісткі послуги». На підставі отриманих результатів дослідження побудовано порівневу модель розвитку експорту наукомістких послуг як каталізатора інноваційної діяльності.
