Розглянуто сучасні проблеми розвитку суспільних відносин у галузі оподаткування України у зв’язку з поширенням COVID-19. Проаналізовано основні проблеми системи оподаткування в Україні. Досліджено питання щодо окремих змін у податковому правовому режимі України, які пов’язані зі здійсненням бюджетно- податкової (фіскальної) та грошово-кредитної (монетарної) політики в умовах карантинних заходів. У результаті наукового пошуку виділено основні шляхи зменшення податкового навантаження і умовах карантинних заходів.

The article deals with issues of the activity of bodies of internal affairs under the conditions of war state. The features of the organization of the activity of internal affairs bodies concerning the protection of public order under the conditions of war state are revealed. Typical plans of the protection of public order defining the available forces and means, the staff of the consolidated group, the additional forces and means, reserves, options for enhanced policing, the increased readiness of the personnel, etc.

War state is a special legal regime introduced in Ukraine or its particular areas in case of armed aggression or threat of attack, the danger of the state independence, its territorial integrity.

The concept of “land fund of Ukraine” is considered in the article. Characteristics of main land features as common object of land relations and land area as a direct object of land relations are considered. The structure of the land fund is analyzed. The author defines “land fund of Ukraine” concept.
