Preparation of works for submission.

• The format and style should correspond to the CEUR template, layouts should be 1 column (see CEUR-Template-1col in additional files). The minimum volume is 10 pages. Materials should be submitted in WORD and PDF format. Each article is required to have at least one author with at least 5 articles listed in the DBLP system!
• The article must be original, i.e. not published in previous collections.
• Authors are responsible for submitting articles in the appropriate formats and styles. In case of non-compliance with the CEUR template, the Program Committee reserves the right to reject the article, even if it has been successfully reviewed.
• The article should present the author's development and contain new solutions to the problem related to the Workshop topic.
• The article must be prepared in English and carefully spell-checked before submission for review.
• The article must be corrected taking into account the remarks, comments and recommendations of the reviewers.
• Each document must be accompanied by a Copyright Agreement, duly completed and signed in accordance with CEUR-WS.org requirements. The template of the author's agreement will be sent by the Organizing Committee together with the notification of acceptance of the report. The copyright agreement is filled out and signed by hand and submitted in pdf format in the form of a photo or a scanned copy. This is one of the main requirements of CEUR-WS.org.
• Absence, incorrect completion or failure to submit the author's agreement by the deadline set by the Program Committee will be grounds for rejection of the article by the Program Committee.

Requirements for authors

Consider only peer-reviewed articles! For example, ARXIV articles are not usually peer-reviewed.

1. Do not include CEUR-WS documents in the DBLP printout
2. Do not include data from other bibliography sources such as SCOPUS. Use only DBLP!

• - One of the authors must be at least a candidate of sciences.
• - Undergraduates and graduate students may be included as co-authors provided that they participated in the research/or experiments described in the article.

Requirements for the subject of works

•  As required by CEUR-WS.org, all papers submitted to the conference must be computer science related.
• The vast majority of papers included in the Proceedings have at least one author from the Faculty of Computer Science and/or a degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline such as Information Systems, Business Informatics).
• According to the requirements of CEUR-WS.org, the research topic must be directly related to computer science, information systems, and information technology.
•  The last page of the work must be filled in at least 80%.
• The title of the article should not be too long (max. 13 words, including THE, IN, FOR, etc.) and should strictly correspond to the results of the research described in the article.
• The list of references should include 10 or more items. At least 70% of them should be sources published in the last 3-5 years. The rate of self-citation (the author's links to his publications) should not exceed 10%.
• The vast majority in the list of literature should be foreign sources. In the case of non-English literature, authors must provide a transliteration or a transliteration with a translation in square brackets.
• Most sources listed in the bibliography should be periodicals (journal articles). References to non-periodical literature such as textbooks should be kept to a minimum.
• Figures, charts and images must be of high quality for reproduction in CEUR-WS procedures. All graphic materials must be labeled accordingly.
• All reductions, if any, require prior expansion. Letters and numbers in formulas and fragments of formulas in the text must be of the same size.
• There should be no footnotes and page numbers in the article. Footers other than the first page should be empty. The footer on the first page is designed according to the CEUR-WS template.
• The maximum permissible level of plagiarism / self-plagiarism is 20% with a reference list or 10% without a reference list. If the level of plagiarism or self-plagiarism exceeds the maximum acceptable level, the Program Committee reserves the right to reject the article without explanation, even if it has been successfully peer-reviewed. All borrowings must be referenced!
• The level of self-citation of each source should not exceed 3% with a mandatory reference to the source.
