In an increasingly interconnected and dynamic world, the ability to adapt and withstand challenges is paramount. The main focus of the 1st International Workshop on Digital Technologies for Enhancing Resilience (DTER-2024) would revolve around exploring how various digital tools, platforms, and technologies can be leveraged to bolster resilience in different contexts. The DTER-2024 delves into the nexus between resilience and digital innovation, aiming to empower participants with actionable insights and practical skills.
Central to the workshop will be examination of the expansive array of digital technologies poised to bolster resilience. From cloud computing to artificial intelligence, and blockchain to data analytics, each technology's transformative potential is scrutinized through the lens of resilience enhancement. Real-world case studies and examples should illuminate the efficacy of digital tools in fortifying resilience across varied scenarios, spanning disaster response, supply chain integrity, cybersecurity, and healthcare infrastructure.
