One of the essential factors in the process of an analysis concerning changes of a spatial structure o f land, which are achieved as a result of agricultural engineering works, is the distance between individual parcels being part of a farm and the homestead. The fundamental computational problem is obtaining, in an automatic manner, of actual distances for the vast set of data. The elaboration shows the method of defining the distances based on data originated from a digital cadastral map and using elements of a graph theory.
