This publication refer to analyse of lowheight, crewless, miniature air vehicles flights application for photogrammetrics servicing of agricultural area, also of digital CCD still and movie camera application in local photogrammetrics flights using visual, TVand3G-UMTS supervision. Moto-hang-glider, was been searching for this principles. Comparision of low-flight air-images with direct survey point to absolute utility for map of rural areas updating, particulary with TV or GSM - UMTS system application in the air vehicle.
