Poland, as an other states, draws up the EUROSTAT LAND/SOLS questionnaire according to the Standard Statistical ClassiTication of Ixind Use, elaborated by United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE). Due to considerable discrepancies concerning land use registration, therefore is necessary to establish the principles of data transfer between the Polish land registration and international classification ECE. Because of significant differences, this transformation must be based on additional sources of information.
