The article discusses the problem of determining the required accuracy of the coordinates of landmarks of land for their evaluation on the urban lands. Analysis of the research shows that the determination of the coordinates of landmarks of land and space, as its function, is scientific and applied nature and are essential for the development of land valuation and economic relations in Ukraine.
