The editorial board of the journal intends to respond promptly and constructively to all complaints and resolve them. The editorial board and staff of the journal “Measurement Techniques and Metrology” will study the specific case of the complaint according to its nature and complexity, and any decision made will take into account the recommendations provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Suggestions or complaints should be sent to the journal’s email address [email protected]. All communications will be reviewed within thirty business days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, additional time may be required to complete the investigation of the case.
The complaint should be concise, specific, and contain sufficient data to demonstrate any possible violation of publication ethics. If possible, additional documents should also be provided to support the specific claim.
Personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the journal's editorial board will be responded to, stating the reasons why the complaint was deemed to be beyond the journal's responsibility. Furthermore, the journal will refrain from conducting an appropriate investigation when complaints are submitted in an abusive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
