Abstract. The article examines the peculiarities of providing professional legal assistance in resolving cases in administrative courts and the prospects for its development. It is noted that today, effective legal protection is difficult to imagine without professional legal assistance. Professional legal assistance includes various aspects and can be implemented through various forms, such as: consultations, explanations, drafting of various documents, including lawsuits, appeals, complaints, as well as representation, in particular before courts and other state bodies.

The article is devoted to the consideration of issues related to the development of
administrative justice, taking into account the ongoing judicial reform in Ukraine, which is
designed to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen by
timely, effective and fair resolution of disputes in public law based on the rule of law

Article investigates the genesis of a system of administrative courts in Ukraine, which is
that part of justice that protect human and civil rights in a dispute with public authorities

The article is devoted to the study of the representative function of the prosecutor in
administrative proceedings, because today the issue of the representation of rights, freedoms and
legal interests of citizens by the prosecutor in administrative proceedings takes on particular
importance in the context of understanding the mechanisms of human rights protection in the
context of integration processes.
