About administrative penalties and their influence on security of road traffic in Ukraine
The article deals with issues of administrative responsibility for violations committed by
drivers of vehicles and fixed with modern technical means of registration.
The analysis provides an opportunity to propose an author's vision of the effectiveness of
the use of administrative punishments for violating the Road Traffic Rules in Ukraine, as well
as their systematization on objects of illegal encroachment.
