Food security is the of the most important basic human needs. The sphere of agricultural production affects direct or indirect ways to the settlement system, density, socio-demographic parameters. It affect on typology and appearance of agricultural buildings and edifices also. In the past, the size of the city was limited by local food opportunities. Despite the increase in agricultural production every year, natural renewable resources are depleted faster than they can be restored. It is very likely that after 2050 the world ecological collapse may begin.

It is considered the main ideologically motivated urban reforms that the Ukrainian village underwent in the twentieth century during the socialist era, in the field of standardization of the area of land plots for rural estates. It is also analysed the implementation of these reforms in master plans and Хdetailed planning of rural settlements in Ukraine and, as a consequence, how these reforms affected agricultural production, social and demographic structure of rural population, the structure of households and life and psychology of peasants in general.

Acceptance of the correct decision in the agro-production control system to great extent depends on the degree of reliability of environmental information. These issues become quite important while monitoring production which involves the products cultivation on environmentally friendly soils. Monitoring of soil parameters includes the primary state, recording of changes, their evaluation and management.
