The article analyzes the peculiarities of development, the current state and specifics of competition, as well as the prospects for the development of the air transport industry in Ukraine, in particular, in the conditions of European integration, post-pandemic and war.

Every year, more and more new airlines are created, trying to win the favour of passengers. Aviation serves almost all points of the globe. The main task of the industry is to ensure the rapid and sustainable development of aviation technology and infrastructure and to adapt existing capacities to new opportunities for their operation. Air transport is an integral part of the modern system of economic relations.
