У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан інформаційної безпеки в світі. Запропоновано підвищення рівня захисту інформації підприємств за рахунок залучення вітчизняних чи зарубіжних ІТ-компаній на засадах аутсорсингу. На прикладах успішних вітчизняних компаній, що активно працюють на світовому ринку, показано перспективність розвитку цієї галузі в Україні. Подано практичні засади по вибору аутсорсингової компанії.
Basic strategies of logistic of supply are analysed: outsourcing, insourcing, and also outstaffing, that is closely related to acquisition of strategic elements of capital assets of enterprise. Classification of capital assets of enterprise is given in the context of acceptance of strategic decisions at forming of the system of deliveries and supply.
Preconditions of using outsourcing in the process of projects management, types of outsourcing services in this sphere, their characteristics and applications are considered. Advantages and disadvantages for outsourcing services customer organizations concerning project management and constraints of using outsourcing in present-day Ukraine are studied.
