Basic strategies of logistic of supply are analysed: outsourcing, insourcing, and also outstaffing, that is closely related to acquisition of strategic elements of capital assets of enterprise. Classification of capital assets of enterprise is given in the context of acceptance of strategic decisions at forming of the system of deliveries and supply. equirements to the tasks, qualities of dataware and management level are set forth at development of strategic decisions at forming of the system of supplying with capital assets on the basis of strategies of deliveries after the matrix of Kraljic Model, that takes into account internal terms (influence on a profit) and external terms (level of risks).
