The estimation of population health risk from carbon oxide and hydrocarbons waste influence of carbon producing enterprises is observed in this work. After analyzing ecological emissions safety of the carbon producing enterprises it was established that their activity belongs to the average level of risk and ability to get respiratory organs diseases, sight, cardiovascular and central nervous system diseases for old persons, pregnant women and children.

The comparative researches of emissions of harmful substances during the regime-up work on the modules heating MN-120 and MN-120Eko are done. The methods of conducting the researches are presented and the concentrations of carbon oxide СО and nitrogen NOx in еmissions are calculated. Проведені порівняльні дослідження викидів шкідливих речовин під час режимно- налагоджувальних робіт на модулях нагрівання МН-120 та МН-120Еко. Наведено методику проведення досліджень та розраховано концентрації оксидів карбону СО та нітрогену NOx у викидах.
