FEATURES OF ON-SITE CALIBRATION OF MEASUREMENT CHANNELS IN DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS

This paper substantiates an approach to performing calibration procedures for measurement channels on-site in distributed cyber-physical systems. A conceptual model of a local metrological supervision system is proposed, which provides calibration considering real operating conditions. Special attention is paid to the use of code-controlled measures to generate reference signals and a centralized module for remote control, data processing, and storage.

METROLOGICAL RELIABILITY SUPPORT OF THE DISPERSED MEASURING SYSTEM

Cyber-physical  systems  as  dispersed  systems  based  on  interacting  networks  of  physical  and  computing components provide new functionalities for improving the quality of measurement processes. It is proposed to carry out automated operational setup of metrological parameters of these systems measuring channels during operation basing on the code-controlled measures-imitators.

LIMITS OF THERMOELECTRIC TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE MEASUREMENT TOOLS WITH AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT

The accuracy of temperature difference meters depends on technological parameters of controlled processes. The meters of temperature difference can be constructed for operation in a wider temperature range. Their accuracy is determined by the non-identity of the sensors transformation functions.
