Досліджується проблема координації та самоорганізації стратегій мультиагентних систем на основі моделі стохастичної гри виду «хижак – жертва» з локальними зв’язками між агентами. Розроблено ігровий рекурентний метод та алгоритм координації стратегій агентів під час мінімізації функцій середніх програшів. Виконано комп’ютерне моделювання стохастичної гри «хижак – жертва». Досліджено вплив параметрів моделі на збіжність ігрового методу.

Розроблено ігровий рекурентний метод та алгоритм формування узгоджених стратегій агентів в процесі мінімізації функцій середніх програшів. Виконано комп’ютерне моделювання стохастичної гри для побудови карти скоординованих стратегій. Досліджено вплив параметрів моделі на збіжність ігрового методу.

The article examines the ways of developing Ukrainian-Polish cooperation in the field of coordination of industrial enterprises. The authors of the article note that Ukraine and Poland have significant potential for the development of cooperation in the field of industry. Both countries have a developed industrial base, which is represented by enterprises of various profiles and scales. In addition, Ukraine and Poland have a well-established system of transport and logistics infrastructure, which allows for effective production cooperation and trade operations.

In order to improve the disclosure and investigation of crimes committed by convicts in the correctional colonies of Ukraine, to solve problematic issues that arise during the investigation of such crimes, there was a need to develop new scientifically based recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of combating crime, in particular recidivism, as well as improvement of the organizational and legal foundations of the activity of the pretrial investigation body during the investigation of such crimes.

The research paper examines and carries out atheoretical generalization of the scientific importance of various historical and legal views on the concepts and features of the administrative-legal and coordination function of the state based on the analysis of achievements in the legal doctrine of administrative law. The problematic aspects of historical-legal and administrative-legal provisions of the coordination between the entities of the corruptioncounteraction are analyzed in the article.

The development of mathematical support process of typhlocomment is described. To do this, the theory of coordination is used. The structure of the coordination problem is to obtain a global solution to the problem, which is the result of coordination solutions subtasks among themselves, and this is the main criterion for the goal coordinated multilevel system.

Institutional development, problematic issues and prospects of the modern diplomatic and consular services of Spain in the 21st century are analyzed in this paper. The internal democratization of Spanish diplomacy is seen as a part of process of modernization and rapprochement to Europe. The entry of Spain into the EU has refocused organizational and conceptual structures of Spanish foreign policy.
