The article analyzes the role of international organizations in the process of rehabilitation of illegally convicted persons. It is noted that the activities of international organizations are aimed at ensuring justice and protecting the rights of illegally convicted persons through recommendations and requirements for rehabilitation, compensation for damage and restoration of rights.
The article examines the main directions of influence of international, in particular, European human rights standards as necessary legal prerequisites for Ukraine's accession to the European Union. International human rights standards currently serve as the basis for introducing the best achievements of humanity in the state and legal sphere into the legislation of Ukraine.
The article is dedicated to the topical problem of formation, effective functioning of the European Information Society, creation of security system and counteraction to the negative information and psychological influences.
