INNOVATIVE THIN-FILM HELIOTECHNOLOGIES OF DECARBONIZATION AND ECOLOGIZATION OF MUNICIPAL ENERGY OF UKRAINE

Today, among renewable energy sources, solar power is particularly effective. It is known that solar panels are mainly (more than 95%) based on monocrystalline or polycrystalline (sometimes amorphous) silicon, as a unique semiconductor material. Its irreplaceability is explained by its prevalence in nature, at the same time, the technology of manufacturing silicon solar cells is quite complex and energy-intensive.

DECARBONIZATION AND ECOMODERNIZATION OF THE ECONOMY AS A RESOURCE-ENERGY-EFFICIENT WAY OF POST-WAR RECONSTRUCTION OF UKRAINE

Global climate changes are taking place on our planet, which cause an increase in the average annual temperature of the atmospheric air, and, therefore, rapid melting of glaciers on all continents and an inevitable rise in the level of the world ocean. This, in turn, can lead to "environmental" wars, a brutal struggle for survival resources, and powerful migration processes.

Analysis of Greenhouse Gas and Pollutant Emission Reduction in Ukraine and European Union Countries

Following the European Green Deal, which aims to develop a closed-loop economy and reduce emissions of pollutants, Ukraine is also implementing it in its plans. Therefore, this paper analyzes and compares the reduction of CO2, NOx and SO2 emissions by the European Community countries and Ukraine. Actual data on achievements in reducing emissions of the specified substances and the plans of the countries under study have been analyzed and compared.
