The article outlines the problems faced by the education system and the labor market. Insufficient level of readiness of graduates of educational institutions to professional activity is emphasized. The legal framework for the introduction of a dual form of education has been analyzed.
The conceptual basis of contractual regulation is researched in the article. The research shows that increasing the efficiency of public-private partnerships (PPP) requires improving contractual relations, reducing their uncertainty. Accordingly, it is necessary to implement the approaches that will reduce the implicitness of agreements in the field of public-private partnerships. The perspective directions that could be realized through public-private partnerships in Ukraine are presented.
