The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the manifestation of electoral rights and their modification through digital transformation processes through the analysis of the problems of legal regulation of such aspects as disinformation, manipulation, personal information about the voter. Considerable attention is paid to the role of artificial intelligence in the electoral process, its positive and destructive capabilities are identified.

The Image of Poles in Ukrainian Mediaspace During the War

This article explores the image of Poles in the Ukrainian mediaspace during the Russo-Ukrainian war, focusing on the period from 2022 to 2024. Using qualitative content analysis of Ukrainian regional media, the study examines how Polish-Ukrainian relations have been framed in the context of war, humanitarian aid, historical narratives, and geopolitical alliances. The research identifies dominant themes in media discourse, including Poland’s role as a key ally in Ukraine’s resistance, a provider of refuge and humanitarian support, and a long-standing historical partner.

MEDIA MYSTIFICATION IN THE CONTENT OF ALL-UKRAINIAN TV CHANNELS: THE UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE

The article analyzes the Ukrainian experience of using media mystification in the content of all-Ukrainian TV channels. An actual problem is the use of the genre of hoax in the content of all-Ukrainian TV channels, with the help of which journalists demonstrate fake news or fabricated programs on television as real in the country and abroad. The scientific approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of "media mystification" are analyzed.

The author analyses factors and tendencies that determine and testify the post-truth manifestations in the contemporary political process, and emphasizes that there were only some manifestations of post-truth in politics in the past. The main subjects of the spread of post-truth, as well as the problems caused by this phenomenon, have been identified. There are factors of strengthening the post-truth at the present stage: social and technological, political, economic and scientific.

Problem setting. For a long time, the issues of information security have been considered in the national legislation of Ukraine through the prism of indirect legal regulation, and only in recent years there has been a tendency to develop new legal mechanisms in this area and streamline the legal system.

How to reach communication: to the issues for the protection of human rights and freedom in the information sphere

The article presents legislative changes to the Law on the Print Media, including the Media Act and the Misinformation Act. The features of the modern stage of communication and functioning of information in it and manipulation of it with the purpose of hostile influence on the conscientiousness of the communicators are characterized. The harmful effects of the hybrid information war have been pointed out. Separate opinions have been expressed on the provisions of the bills under discussion.
