OPTIMIZATION OF PREHEATING CONDITIONS FOR HIGH-QUALITY TUNGSTEN INERT GAS WELDING OF CAST IN-738 SUPERALLOYS

The present work investigates numerically the influence of heating temperature on the thermal and mechanical behaviour of INCONEL 738 LC, which is used in the TIG welding process for castings made from a nickel-based superalloy. The transient heat transfer process is modelled in the ABAQUS solver using the finite element method (FEM) for the volumetric double ellipsoidal heat source model of Goldak, which simulates a welding torch that moves.

Administrative and legal assessment of invalid, distorted,false information about the facts

The article considers the use of words of foreign origin in administrative legislation which often consciously or unconsciously replace the words of the Ukrainian language that negatively affects the explanation of legal relations and their legal regulation. It is noted that unverified facts are published through the media, which encourages them to verify by establishing the actual existence of a fact and its legal assessment.

Research of deconvolution operation use in reconstruction methods of local distortion elimination

Physical process of blurring emergence has been analyzed. Through conducted experiments it has been proved that image blurring formation is adequately described by the model based on convolution, i. e. wrapping. It is shown that blurring center or discrete function of point scattering comprises information about trajectory and uniformity of motion, which has caused an image distortion. It is determined that extremum number of averaged normalized column values of Fourier image distorted by artificial blurring correlates with parameters of blurring.
