The article examines the forensic characterization of evasion of military service by self-mutilation or in another way as a separate type of military criminal offenses that have become particularly relevant in the context of armed aggression against Ukraine. The need to form a scientifically sound and practically oriented methodology for their investigation is substantiated, which is based on the construction of a forensic characterization as a holistic system of typical signs of a crime.

The article examines the problematic issues of research documents in the credit and financial sphere. The material of the investigative inspection contains signs of criminal activity mainly in the documents and explanations of persons, namely: acts of inspection, audit of tax authorities, inspection of the NBU and internal audits of the bank (audit); accounting and financial documents containing traces of forgery, etc .; official statements of the bank's management, statements of victims, etc.

Досліджено способи вчинення протидії законній господарській діяльності.
Визначено джерела інформації про факти підготовки чи вчинення протидії законній
господарській діяльності. Класифіковано осіб які готують та вчиняють протидію
законній господарській діяльності. Розроблено алгоритм дій при отриманні повідомлень
про вимоги припинення законної господарської діяльності, її обмеження, про
обов’язкове укладення угоди, а також вимоги, супроводжені погрозою вчинення
тяжкого злочину проти підприємця.
