Problem setting. The issue of renumeration has always been and is relevant, since salary is not only an important motivating factor for an employee, but also a source of livelihood for him/her and his/her family, a means of satisfying most needs. Undoubtedly, the key to a high-quality civil service is the current system of incentives, and rewards that encourage civil servants to fully realize their potential in the performance of professional duties.

The article deals with important issues regarding the role and place of financial security
as an integral element of national security and the importance’sof adopting the Law «ОnThe
national financial security Bureau of Ukraine». The authors identify the positive and negative
aspects of the bill and its possible impact on the state of financial relations.

The article analyzes the current problems of ensuring draft laws expert examination, defines its significance at the present stage of legislative activity in Ukraine, highlights the legal regulation status of the draft laws expert examination.
