The article presents a new classifier of types of diversity (version redundancy) for information and control systems (ICS) of nuclear power plants, which significantly complements the well-known classifier according to the NUREG-7007 standard by adding subtypes of diversity, taking into account production processes and the capabilities of FPGA technologies. A method of expert evaluation of diversion metrics and the cost of implementing alternative architectural solutions at the ICS NPP based on the extended NUREG-7007 classifier is proposed.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the learning processes at the second (master’s) level of higher education for the training of specialists in industrial engineering. To achieve the goal, an analysis was carried out and the importance of applied competencies and learning outcomes in the standard of higher education for obtaining the master’s degree in the specialty “Information and measurement technologies” was evaluated.

На підставі методу визначення коефіцієнтів відносної вагомості критеріїв за ординальними оцінками альтернатив встановлено підсумкове ранжування критеріїв з урахуванням коефіцієнтів їх важливості та експертних оцінок.

On the basis of method of determination of coefficients of relative ponderability of criteria after the ordynals estimations of alternatives final ranking of criteria is set taking into account the coefficients of their importance and expert estimations.

Розглянуто питання перевірки ІКТ-компетентності претендентів під час вступу до магістратури (аспірантури). Як тестові завдання під час комп’ютерного тестування запропоновано використовувати завдання з розгорнутою відповіддю. Оцінювання виконання таких завдань грунтується на експертному оцінюванні за обраними критеріями з використанням правил та процедур нечіткої логіки. Запропоновано методику складання продукційних правил нечіткого виводу. Розроблено інструментальні засоби експертного оцінювання та порівняно результати їх роботи з наявними системами нечіткого виведення.
