Militant Democracy and Human Rights: Challenges and Tasks Facing Ukraine During Wartime and in the Postwar Period

This article provides a comprehensive political-legal analysis of the functioning of democratic institutions during martial law and in the post-war period in Ukraine. The author argues that the prospects of democracy after the war directly depend on the extent to which democracy is able to protect itself during wartime. The stability of a democratic regime is contingent on both state authorities and civil society. Jointly, they must ensure a balanced relationship between state security and human rights.

EVOLUTION OF POLITICAL ADVERTISING IN THE COMMUNICATION SPACE OF UKRAINE

In the pre-election period, when the level of political activity increases, the information space becomes the field of their power struggle. The media have always been a kind of reference point in choosing the political sympathies of the addressees, and the content of the media shaped the attitude of these addressees toward reality.
