The technological parameters of the process and the design of the extrusion head for the manufacture of products such as “pipe” of polylactide composite materials by extrusion, its construction elements are calculated. Prototypes of a product made of biodegradable plastic were obtained.
The growing pace of Ukrainian polymer pipes market is significantly ahead of other markets for polymer products, which is being explained by the successful competition of their operational properties with pipes made of traditional materials - steel, cast iron, concrete.
Regarding this an important task during the production of water pressure pipes is the obtaining of technological raw materials based on polyethylene with the necessary technological capacity, which will solve the above problems.
In the article the research results of the efficiency of the extrusion process of microporous low density polyethylene modified with foaming agent in the form of microspheres are presented. Possibility of fabrication by the method of extrusion of composite on the basis of polypropylene and discrete filler in the form of the grinded fabric is studied. Influence on physical-mechanical properties and water absorption of obtained materials for the fillers of various chemical nature - fabrics on the basis of synthetic or/and natural fibers, their filling degree in polypropylene, as well as dependences of these properties on pre-award dressing of filler is estimated.
